The health and wellness of our members is something that is very important to us at Trump National Golf Club, Washington, D.C.

Located between the pool and clubhouse, the Trump National Fitness Center includes a full array of LifeFitness strength training machines, free weights, a variety of cardiovascular machines each with built in multimedia entertainment centers, and four large wall mounted flat screen TV's. The Fitness Center also features fully stocked locker rooms with fresh towels.

A group exercise studio is available for personalized fitness and strength classes.

One To One Fitness, Inc. is on property at our fitness center to offer and enhance members one on one, two on one, and small group personal training. Whether your goals are to enhance your overall health and fitness, lose weight, increase your strength and flexibility, or improve your golf and tennis game, One To One can develop a personal training program just right for you.
